Self Challenge

How do you spice up your routine? How do you test your capabilities? How do you grow creatively? Challenge
There is nothing better for me than a personal challenge. Seeing how our brains function with restrictions or tasks that seem larger than life.

We become more creative when we have restrictions put in place because we are forced outside of the box, digging deep into our physical/ mental capabilities as we break patterns we would normally do without even thinking. Patten's become obsolete, rendered useless as our minds expand to complete tasks we set. When our challenge set is complete we then gain new patterns, new ways of thinking, a new way of life.

This week my personal challenge for myself will be as follows.  

  1. All pull-ups will be done with minimum 10 KG attached on my body when using 2 hands.
  2. Pull Ups done without weight will be done one-handed.
  3. Drink minimum 1.5l of water a day
